District and commune level support in Ninh Binh for implementation of arrangement

    The support level at district and commune levels for implementation of the arrangement in Ninh Binh province is based on the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council.

    Resolution No. 04/2023/NQ-HDND (effective from January 1, 2024) stipulates the support level for district and commune-level administrative units implementing reorganization in Ninh Binh province.

    Accordingly, the Resolution decides to support each commune-level administrative unit to carry out the arrangement with a level of 800 million VND so that district-level and commune-level agencies and units can carry out the task of arranging commune-level administrative units.

    Support for district-level administrative units to make arrangements as follows:

    a) Hoa Lu District: 2 billion VND.

    b) Ninh Binh City: 2 billion VND.

    Funding source is guaranteed by the provincial budget.
