Resolution No. 05/2020/QD-UBND of the People's Council of Quang Ngai province stipulates support policies for part-time workers in villages, residential groups, village police officers and secretaries of Youth Union branches and heads of associations in villages and residential groups who are redundant and no longer work when arranging and merging villages and residential groups in Quang Ngai province.
The subjects of application of the Resolution are those holding positions in villages and residential groups: Secretary of the Party cell of the village or residential group; Head of the village or residential group; Head of the Front work of the village or residential group; Police officer in the village; Secretary of the Youth Union; Head of the Women's Union; Head of the Farmers' Association; Head of the Veterans' Association in the village or residential group who are redundant and do not continue to work when implementing the arrangement and merger of villages and residential groups according to Resolution No. 15/NQ-HDND dated July 10, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council on arrangement, merger, and renaming of villages and residential groups in Quang Ngai province.
According to the Resolution, those holding the following positions: Secretary of the village Party cell, residential group; Village Chief, Head of the residential group; Head of the village Front, residential group; Police officer in the village who has worked for a period of time holding the positions in the village, residential group will receive one-time support as follows:
a) Under 5 years: 6,000,000 VND/person
b) From 5 years to under 10 years: VND 8,000,000/person
c) From 10 years to under 15 years: 10,000,000 VND/person.
d) From 15 years old and above: 12,000,000 VND/person.
People holding the positions of: Secretary of the Youth Union; Head of the Women's Union; Head of the Farmers' Union; Head of the Veterans' Association in the village or residential group who have held the positions in the village or residential group will receive one-time support as follows:
a) Under 5 years: VND 2,000,000/person.
b) From 5 years to under 10 years: 3,000,000 VND/person.
c) From 10 years to under 15 years: VND 4,000,000/person.
d) From 15 years old and above: 5,000,000 VND/person.
In case of holding multiple positions, the support of the position with the highest support level will be enjoyed.
