Resolution No. 10/2024/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Vinh Phuc province (effective from August 1, 2024) stipulates support policies for commune-level cadres, civil servants, laborers, and part-time workers at the commune level who are redundant and have to leave work due to the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units in Vinh Phuc province in the period 2023 - 2025.
In particular, commune-level civil servants who retire within 36 months from the effective date of the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of each commune-level administrative unit in Vinh Phuc province for the period 2023 - 2025, in addition to the regimes and policies enjoyed according to the regulations of the Central Government, will also enjoy the following support levels:
a) In case of leave within 12 months: For each month of leave, support will be 1/2 month of current salary. The maximum support level is not more than 150 million VND/person;
b) In case of leaving after 12 months: For each month of leave, support will be 1/4 of current salary. Maximum support level is not more than 75 million VND/person;
c) Current salary is the salary of the month immediately preceding the leave of absence, including: salary according to grade, position, title; position allowances, seniority allowances exceeding the framework, seniority allowances, reserved difference coefficients (if any) according to the provisions of the law on salary (excluding public service allowances, industry preferential allowances, and concurrent allowances).
However, commune-level civil servants who are less than 12 months from retirement age as prescribed by law or are mobilized or transferred to commune-level administrative units for reorganization from the date the Provincial People's Committee submits to the Government the project on reorganization of commune-level administrative units for the period 2023 - 2025 (April 26, 2024) will not be entitled to the general support level.
