One-time support levels for redundant commune-level civil servants in Thai Binh

Surplus commune-level civil servants due to administrative unit rearrangement in Thai Binh province are entitled to one-time support, in addition to the general policy according to regulations.

According to Resolution No. 04/2024/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Thai Binh province (effective from May 27, 2024), in addition to the regimes and policies implemented according to the Government's regulations on streamlining the payroll, not meeting the age requirements for re-election, resignation from office, resignation from work, Thai Binh province provides support as follows:

For commune-level cadres, civil servants, and public employees who are eligible for early retirement policies according to the provisions of Decree No. 29/2023/ND-CP dated June 3, 2023 of the Government on streamlining payroll (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 29/2023/ND-CP) or Decree No. 26/2015/ND-CP dated March 9, 2015 of the Government on policies for cadres who are not eligible for re-election or re-appointment to positions and titles according to their terms in agencies of the Party, State, and socio-political organizations, they are entitled to the following support:

- In case of leaving work within 12 months from the effective date of the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Thai Binh province for the period 2023-2025, support of 10 months of current salary will be provided. The maximum support level is 100,000,000 VND/person;

- In case of leaving work after 12 months from the effective date of the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units for the period 2023-2025 in Thai Binh province until the end of the roadmap for arrangement, reorganization and settlement of policies and regimes as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 11 of Resolution No. 35/2023/UBTVQH15, 5 months of current salary will be supported. The maximum support level is 50,000,000 VND/person;

For commune-level cadres, civil servants, and public employees specified in Point b, Clause 1, Article 2 of the Resolution, if they stop working within 12 months from the effective date of the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Thai Binh province for the period 2023-2025, they will enjoy the following one-time support policy:

- Supported with 3 months of current salary;

- Supported with 1 month of average salary for each year of work with mandatory social insurance;

- The support level for commune-level cadres, civil servants and public employees specified in this clause is a maximum of VND 100,000,000/person.
