Resolution 51/2025/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Dong Nai province stipulates regimes and policies for the Self-Defense Militia in Dong Nai province in the period 2026 - 2030. The Resolution takes effect from December 10, 2025.
Article 3 of Resolution 51/2025/NQ-HDND stipulates as follows:
Monthly allowance level for Village Commander
1. Village team leader is entitled to a monthly allowance of 2,340,000 VND/person/month.
2. The period of enjoyment of allowances is calculated from the date of the appointment decision and implementation to the date of the decision to resign from that position; in case of holding a position for 15 days or more in a month, they are entitled to a full-month allowance, holding a position for less than 15 days in a month, they are entitled to 50% of the allowance of that month.
Article 6 of Resolution 51/2025/NQ-HDND stipulates funding for implementation from the state budget according to the provisions of the State Budget Law and the current decentralization of state budget management.
Thus, the village team leader in Dong Nai province receives an allowance of 2,340,000 VND/person/month for the period 2026 - 2030, taking funds from the state budget according to the provisions of the 2025 State Budget Law and the current decentralization of state budget management.
