According to Resolution No. 11/2024/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Dong Nai province (effective from July 27, 2024), giving gifts to people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of people with revolutionary contributions on the occasion of the annual anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27) in Dong Nai is regulated as follows:
1. Gift level of 1,000,000 VND given:
a) People with revolutionary contributions
- Vietnamese Heroic Mothers who are receiving monthly preferential allowances and individuals who have been awarded the title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother before July 28 every year but have not completed the procedures to receive monthly preferential allowances.
- War invalids, people enjoying policies like war invalids, war invalids of type B, sick soldiers with a body injury rate of 81% or more who are receiving monthly preferential allowances.
- Resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals with a body injury rate of 81% or more are receiving monthly preferential allowances.
b) Relatives of martyrs receiving monthly survivor allowance; relatives of two or more martyrs receiving monthly survivor allowance.
2. Gift level of 700,000 VND given:
a) People with revolutionary contributions
- War invalids, people enjoying policies like war invalids, war invalids of type B, sick soldiers with a body injury rate of 80% or less who are receiving monthly preferential allowances. War invalids who are enjoying a regime of loss of working capacity.
- Resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals with a body injury rate of 80% or less are receiving monthly preferential allowances.
b) Representative of martyr's relatives receiving monthly pension.
c) People who worship martyrs have a Decision to receive annual martyr worship allowance.
3. Gift level of 3,000,000 VND given:
People with meritorious services to the revolution and their relatives are visited and given gifts by delegations of provincial leaders.
