In addition, the Resolution of this Provincial People's Council also stipulates that commune-level officials and civil servants can concurrently work as part-time workers at the commune level, in villages and residential groups;
Persons working part-time at the commune level may concurrently hold other part-time positions at the commune level, in villages or residential groups;
Persons who are part-time activists in villages and residential groups are allowed to concurrently work as other part-time activists in villages and residential groups and are allowed to hold concurrent positions as people directly participating in activities in villages and residential groups;
One person holds no more than two titles: part-time activities at the commune level, village, residential group, and person directly participating in activities in the village, residential group. Particularly, commune-level officials and civil servants may concurrently hold no more than one title and work part-time at the commune level, in villages or residential groups;
The maximum number of concurrent positions includes the positions specified in this Resolution and the positions specified in other Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council;
Each village or residential group shall arrange a maximum of no more than 7 people to work part-time and directly participate in activities in the village or residential group.
Commune-level officials and civil servants, and people working part-time at the commune level, in villages, and residential groups, are assigned to concurrently hold other part-time activities at the commune level, in villages, and residential groups; Persons who work part-time in villages or residential groups are assigned to work concurrently and those who directly participate in activities in villages and residential groups are entitled to 100% of the allowance and support level of the concurrent position.
