Guinness World Records recently announced 2 new records of the Kpop girl group Blackpink - respectively, the group with the most subscribers and the group with the highest views on YouTube globally.
According to Guinness World Records, as of the end of November 2025, Blackpink's official YouTube channel has reached 99.3 million subscribers and exceeded 40.7 billion views. Currently, according to the latest update (January 31, 2026), there are 99.7 million subscribers and 41.1 billion views.
With these figures, Blackpink is recognized with 2 Guinness World Records, surpassing a series of other famous international artists such as Justin Bieber (76.9 million registrants, 37 billion views); Eminem (66.3 million registrants, 36.4 billion views); Taylor Swift (62.9 million registrants, 33.5 billion views).
Launched in 2016, when the group was formed, Blackpink's YouTube channel has developed into a huge content store with many records. To date, the group's channel has 9 videos exceeding 1 billion views, of which the MV "DDU-DU DDU-DU" ranks first with 2.3 billion views after more than 7 years.
The media praised Blackpink as the "YouTube Queen" of Kpop for many years, which no other group has been able to replace.
Two new Guinness records once again prove the group's global influence, and at the same time show the great power from the Blackpink - Blinks fan community.

This achievement is especially meaningful as Blackpink is preparing to reappear with the mini album "Deadline" - marking the group's return to the official music race after 3 years since the album "Born Pink".
In recent years, the management company YG Entertainment has been frequently complained about the issue of promotion for Blackpink being too superficial and not worthy. Therefore, a strong YouTube channel is still an advantage to help the group maintain attention, compensating for the shortcomings in promotion.
The album "Deadline" has a total of 5 songs, including the song "Jump" released last year. Blackpink announced the album release on February 27.
When YG accepted pre-orders for the mini album "Deadline" with photo book versions, paper albums, special boxes and souvenirs, all were sold out in just 25 minutes, even collapsing sales websites.
On January 30, YG announced the first set of images of 4 members Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, Rosé for the album. The photo set was made in black and white style, focusing on close-up frames of the 4 girls.
Fans are very curious whether after a long wait, the group will bring something unexpected.
