Korean media unanimously said that Blackpink will return with a full lineup next year and hold a global tour.

On the morning of September 24, Yonhap News and many Korean newspapers reported on the new achievements and future plans of Kpop girl group Blackpink.

Accordingly, information from YG Entertainment said that Blackpink will return as a complete group in 2025 and organize a global tour.

YG has not revealed detailed plans, but this means that the group will likely release new music after 3 years since the album "Born Pink".

As of 2 a.m. on September 24, Blackpink’s “How You Like That” dance video has surpassed 1.7 billion views on YouTube. This is the first and highest record for a K-pop dance video, after about 4 years and 2 months since its release in July 2020.

Blackpink proves their undisputed status as the “YouTube Queen” and is leaving a big mark in the history of Kpop girl groups.

The “How You Like That” choreography video is Blackpink’s fourth YouTube video to surpass 1.7 billion views, following “DDU-DU DDU-DU” (2.2 billion views), “Kill This Love” (2 billion views), and “Boombaya” (1.7 billion views).

The main MV “How You Like That” also recently surpassed 1.3 billion views.

Blackpink has a total of 47 videos with over 100 million views. The number of subscribers to its official YouTube channel is over 94.8 million, the largest among male and female artists worldwide. The cumulative number of views of Blackpink's content exceeds 36.7 billion.

Late last year, Blackpink renewed their group contract with YG Entertainment, but all four members did not renew their individual contracts.

Jennie, Lisa, and Jisoo each established their own companies, while Rose signed an exclusive contract with producer Teddy's The Black Label.
