On June 16, reporter Kang Kyung Yoon of SBS Entertainment News reported that YouTube channel Garosero continued to broadcast about Kim Soo Hyun despite the court's ban.
At around 7pm on June 13, police arrived at the Garosero channel office in Sinsadong, Gangnamgu, Seoul. It is known that people reported to the police after watching the livestream of this YouTube channel.
Garosero channel used Kim Soo Hyun's name and face in a miniature image when broadcasting live. People reported to the police because they thought this was a violation of the court's ban on monitoring.
The police have informed Kim Se Eui, the operator of Garosero, about enforcement measures if they violate.
SBS Entertainment reporters contacted to confirm the information but the police did not provide it.
After being warned by the police, Garosero continued to livestream but no longer mentioned and used Kim Soo Hyun's image.
In the livestream, Kim Se Eui spoke up: "The police rang the door, interrupted me while I was broadcasting live, that was an act of suppressing the press".
Previously, the operator of Garosero filed an appeal for a ban on following and tracking Kim Soo Hyun but the court did not approve.
In addition, Mr. Kim Se Eui was ordered by the court to confiscate 2 luxury apartments to the creditor, the management company of actor Kim Soo Hyun.
The legal dispute between the actor of "Why did you come here" and the family of the late actor Kim Sae Ron, Garosero channel is getting more and more tense. Recently, a lawyer representing Kim Soo Hyun submitted a petition to the Korean National Forensic Agency to verify whether the documents presented by Kim Sae Ron's family at the press conference were accurate or fake.
