Money Today Korea reported on June 11 that the Seoul Central District Court has issued a verdict approving the request to confiscate 2 luxury apartments in Seocho and Gangnam districts, Seoul.
This property belongs to Kim Se Ui (48 years old), representative of YouTube channel Garosero. The creditor is Gold Medalist, the management company of actor Kim Soo Hyun.
The two luxury apartments include 1 apartment with an area of 120.27m2 in Byeoksan Blooming, Seocho-gu apartment complex and 1 apartment with an area of 208.65m2 in Han Yang 4, Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu.
The apartment in Han Yang 4 is under the common name of Kim Se Ui and her sister (each person has 50% of shares), so only Kim Se Ui's ownership is confiscated.
The total compensation requested is 4 billion won (2 billion won for each apartment).
Lawyer Noh Jong Eon Noh, representative of Jong Eon Law Firm, explained, This confiscation decision shows that the Court has agreed with the reason that the claim for damages and the basis for calculating the amount of the confiscation request is reasonable.
YouTube channel Garosero has recently accused Kim Soo Hyun of being involved in the incident of the late actor Kim Sae Ron.
The legal dispute between the two sides began in March. The owner of this YouTube channel and Kim Sae Ron's family have reported and filed a lawsuit against actor Kim Soo Hyun for having sex with a minor.
Kim Soo Hyun counter-sued and confirmed that he and Kim Sae Ron had known each other for a year, when the actress was an adult.
