According to the image in the clip, the pickup truck with a Hanoi license plate is in the process of turning around. When the car stopped across the road, the driver was opening the steering door and watching behind. Suddenly, the car reversed quickly.
At this time, a woman walking on the sidewalk approached. Despite discovering the car was reversing unusually, the woman still could not avoid it.
The strong collision caused the female employee to be thrown away, then lying under the motorbike. Many people walking in the hospital grounds discovered the incident and ran to rescue the victim.
After the incident, the hospital took the victim for a health check and made a record of the accident.
The female victim was taken to the hospital for examination, X-ray, catage... The victim suffered pain in the thigh but was not injured.
The leader of Quang Trung Ward Police (Ha Dong) confirmed the incident that occurred on the afternoon of June 16 at Ha Dong General Hospital.
"Fortunately, the wheels rushed up the steps on the sidewalk, creating space below so they did not run over the victim," he said.
It is known that the female victim is being treated at the hospital, while the driver is a relative who picked up another patient.
