Recently, ADOR company (under HYBE Group) announced the termination of her contract with female idol Danielle of NewJeans, causing a stir in the entertainment industry.
ADOR accused Danielle of violating exclusive contracts such as signing external contracts, conducting independent entertainment activities, and damaging the honor and reputation of the company as well as the NewJeans group.
ADOR emphasized: "We have requested the parties involved to take remedial measures, but because no action was taken within the prescribed time limit, the contract has been terminated.
On December 29th, ADOR immediately filed a lawsuit against Danielle, a member of her family, and former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin, demanding compensation for damages of 43.1 billion won (about 783 billion VND).
As Danielle's future is causing fans to worry, on social networks and in the industry, rumors are spreading that the female idol may soon join The Black Label - a company run by producer Teddy, managing many artists such as Park Bo Gum, Im Si Wan, Rose (Blackpink), Taeyang (Big Bang), MEOVV, Allday Project...
This speculation stems from Danielle's recent public appearances alongside actor Park Bo Gum and singer Sean (a long-time artist of YG Entertainment - a company affiliated with The Black Label). They also participate in a famous running group and charity activities.

Right on the day ADOR announced the termination of her contract with Danielle, images of her participating in charity activities organized by Sean spread. The singer was dressed simply, wearing a discreet mask, very happy to distribute charcoal for free and give cookies and chocolate to the Korean people.
Previously, Danielle was known as a member of a running group led by Sean called Unknown Crew. This group also has Park Bo Gum, the three often meet to run in the morning, pursuing a healthy lifestyle. Sean even named the running "squad" "Bo-Da-Sean", combining the names of the 3 people.
What is noteworthy is that actor Im Si Wan later also joined the running group and only a short time later there was an announcement that he signed a contract with The Black Label.
On the other hand, some people point out that luxury brands that once chose Danielle as ambassador such as Celine and Omega have recently shifted their attention to Park Bo Gum. There are even rumors that The Black Label employees secretly support Danielle at joint volunteer events.
This is also not the first time an idol related to HYBE has moved to The Black Label. Previously, Youngseo of Allday Project was in the complete lineup of ILLIT, but she suddenly left right before ILLIT debuted and moved to Teddy's company.

Some people expressed concern that The Black Label is currently focusing on promoting their own artists and has launched many groups this year, so the company's financial issues may have to be considered if they want to bring Danielle back.
However, other opinions suggest that "Teddy is not short of money" and The Black Label, which has great economic potential and is currently the management company of Annie (Allday Project) - the young lady of Shinsegae Group - so helping Danielle in the lawsuit process or compensating ADOR for the contract is not difficult.
Both Danielle and The Black Label have not spoken out about the rumors. But people in the industry predict that Danielle's choice will have a big impact on the future of NewJeans as well as the overall Kpop scene.
