In an interview with an American magazine, Lisa (Blackpink) shared about her journey of accompanying the members of the group, especially her close friendship with Rosé. The female idol also confirmed that she is starting to make her next solo album.
Recalling the early days of joining YG Entertainment as the company's first foreign trainee, Lisa said that she had experienced many surprises. The first person she met was Jennie, who helped her quickly adapt to the new environment. After that, Jisoo - the group's eldest sister - also became a support when both found effective communication despite many language barriers.

However, a special milestone during Lisa's internship came about a year later, when Rosé joined the company. Growing up abroad together and having to leave their families early, the two quickly found harmony in their thoughts and lifestyles.
We became as close as twin sisters," Lisa shared with Vanity Fair. According to the "Rockstar" singer, the understanding and spiritual encouragement from Rosé helped her overcome the pressure periods before officially debuting with Blackpink.
After many years of operation, Blackpink has become one of the most influential girl groups in the world. Currently, all four members are focusing on developing their personal careers under their own management companies.
For her part, after the success of her debut solo studio album "Alter Ego" released in early 2025, Lisa continues to maintain a dense activity schedule. In an interview with Billboard, the female singer born in 1997 confirmed that she has returned to the studio to prepare for her second solo album.
Sharing about her new music orientation, Lisa said that the project is still in the testing and completion stage. She wants to bring new and more mature colors to meet the expectations of global fans.

Previously, Lisa continued to make her mark on the international stage when attending the opening ceremony of the 2026 World Cup. Together with Anitta and Rema, Lisa performed the theme song "Goals", bringing one of the most notable performances of the biggest football festival on the planet. This is also a memorable milestone, helping her become the first female K-pop artist to perform at the opening ceremony of a World Cup.
Besides music, Lisa is also actively expanding her activities into acting with a role in the famous movie "The White Lotus". At the same time, she is focusing on preparing for a regular show series called "Viva La Lisa", scheduled to take place at The Colosseum of Caesars Palace (Las Vegas, USA) in November 2026.
If the plan is implemented as planned, Lisa will become the first K-pop artist to organize a long-term regular performance series in Las Vegas, one of the leading entertainment centers in the world.
This event is expected to continue to consolidate Lisa's position and influence in the international music market.
