Mr. Bui Quang Huy - Member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the 12th Central Committee of the Youth Union, announced the 12th Central Committee of the Youth Union, term 2022 - 2027, ending its term. At the same time, he informed about the number of members elected to the new Executive Committee.
According to the project, the number of members of the 13th Central Committee of the Youth Union, term 2026 - 2031 is 123 delegates. At the congress, 100% of delegates unanimously approved the Project of the 13th Central Committee of the Youth Union, including 123 members.
However, based on the structures of the project and the practice of personnel work in provincial and city Youth Unions, directly affiliated Youth Unions, with the consensus of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, the congress elected 119 members of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, 4 structures were missing and will be consolidated during the term.

The 13th Central Committee of the Youth Union must truly be a united, clean, strong collective, united in will and action, with firm political bravery, pure ethics, wholeheartedly serving the Fatherland and serving the people; with capacity and qualifications to meet task requirements.
Members of the Executive Committee must be dynamic, creative, dare to think, dare to do, always strive to act for the common good; be exemplary in proactiveness, discipline, will, and aspirations of youth nationwide; be attached to cadres, union members, and youth; gather solidarity and unity throughout the Union; have sufficient prestige and leadership capacity to lead the Union organization in the new era, the era of national rise.
At the same time, it is necessary to maintain principles and regulations, promote responsibility, democracy, publicity, and objectivity in introducing, evaluating, and selecting personnel to participate in the Central Committee of the Youth Union; combat manifestations of opportunity, power ambition, lobbying, localism, factionalism, group interests and other negative manifestations.
