MC Hoang Linh advertises a lot of fake milk but is always silent, making the audience angry

MC Hoang Linh remains silent despite being fined 107.5 million VND for violations in advertising activities related to fake milk.

Recently, the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) decided to fine MC Nguyen Hoang Linh 107.5 million VND for violations in advertising activities.

MC Hoang Linh advertised the nutritional product HIUP 27, causing confusion about the product's uses.

She also advertised HIUP 27 nutritional products that were not in accordance with one of the documents prescribed in the Certificate of Receipt of Registration of Product Declaration and Advertisement of HIUP 27 Nutritional Products using the name of Dr. Nguyen Hoang Linh (MC Hoang Linh).

Previously, BTV Quang Minh and MC Van Hugo were also fined VND37.5 million and VND70 million by the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information for similar violations, respectively.

Information about counterfeit goods and poor quality goods related to HIUP 27 nutritional products has appeared continuously since the beginning of April 2025. As soon as public opinion reacted, on April 15, BTV Quang Minh apologized on its personal page. 4 days later, MC Van Hugo also spoke out about the noise of milk advertising.

Both announced the termination of all advertising contracts related to dietary supplements, functional foods, etc. At the same time, the two artists learned from their experience and pledged not to repeat the offense in the future.

Unlike Quang Minh and Van Hugo, MC Hoang Linh has chosen to remain silent in the past time.

Since being discovered advertising HIUP 27 products, she has not posted any apology or explanation on her personal page. Meanwhile, the female MC has been appearing on VTV and the program "Bright Coffee" for more than 3 months.

Hoang Linh's attitude caused controversy and public outrage. Under the advertising posts, there are hundreds of comments from the audience calling her name, questioning why she did not apologize and take responsibility for the false advertising.

In addition to HIUP milk line, MC Hoang Linh also advertised Cilonmum. In some publicly posted videos, she used affirming words such as number one, top, scientifically proven... to increase her reputation.

Regarding a series of advertising scandals in showbiz in the first half of 2025, Media expert Le Thom - lecturer at the Academy of Public Administration and Management - said: On the KOL side, it is impossible to take personal responsibility for name alone lightly.

"They need to understand that false promotion not only has consequences for consumers but also erodes their reputation and social trust. A healthy advertising industry cannot only rely on the law, but must be built from the awareness, responsibility and alertness of all stakeholders. This is not just a lesson, but a vital condition for the future of the industry," the expert commented.

On June 19, the Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security prosecuted a group of leaders of Z Holding Joint Stock Company to investigate the crime of "Violating accounting regulations causing serious consequences and Producing and trading counterfeit food goods".

Initial results determined that "HIUP 27 nutritional product" and many other types did not ensure the ingredients and nutritional content as stated in the product registration. Therefore, according to regulations, the above products are identified as counterfeit goods.
