Female singer Karina (aespa member) has recently attracted attention after revealing her dense daily schedule, during the preparation for promotion on music programs on the week aespa reappears.
Karina's "Setlog" video was posted through a fan communication platform and quickly became a hot topic on social networks.
Setlog" is a trend in which users film short clips of about 2 seconds per hour to create a realistic recording of their day in real time.
According to a video filmed on May 15, Karina woke up at about 2:54 am before leaving home after 3 am. She went to the hair salon and makeup shop at about 4 am, officially starting a tight schedule even before sunrise.
Her styling session is said to last continuously until about 6:50 am, after which she moves to pre-record for a music program.
Only after completing the recording session can Karina go home for a while at around 8 am - the time that fans call "the end of the first shift".

However, the rest time did not last long. At about 2 pm, the aespa beauty returned to the television station to read the script and appeared on stage broadcast live at 5 pm.
After this performance, the female singer's working day did not stop. Karina continued to return to the hair salon for further care, and then went to dinner at about 8 pm.
After 30 minutes, she returned to the company for personal training and only officially finished work at about 10 pm.
The nearly 19-hour schedule of the beauty born in 2000 shocked many netizens. Forums and social networks were flooded with reactions of both admiration and worry.
Some comments wrote: "Is it true that every idol reappears in the season and works like this?", "How can people withstand such a schedule?", "Not only idols but also managers working together are probably exhausted"...
Meanwhile, aespa is expected to release their second studio album called "LEMONADE" at 1:00 PM on May 29 (Korean time), and officially launch the group's promotional activities.
