On October 30, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong presented the decision to appoint People's Artist Xuan Bac - Director of the Vietnam Drama Theater - as Director of the Department of Performing Arts.
Afterwards, People's Artist Tu Long and many artists sent their congratulations when People's Artist Xuan Bac took on his new position. "Congratulations to the young man from the homeland. In his new position, I wish you good health, intelligence and enthusiasm," People's Artist Tu Long wrote.
Meritorious Artist Kieu Anh and model Ha Vy both sent congratulations to People's Artist Xuan Bac.
Kay Tran embroiled in controversy

People's Artist Le Khanh tells stories about her children
On the occasion of her son's birthday, People's Artist Le Khanh recounted her journey of giving birth 27 years ago. "When I was three months pregnant with my son, I had acute pancreatitis and had to be hospitalized. Every day, professors and doctors came to check and closely monitor me. One day, the doctor asked: 'Is it easy for artists to conceive?'. My mother weakly replied: 'Yes'. The group of professors and doctors looked at each other and timidly advised: 'If it's that easy, why not abort this pregnancy to be safe?'"
People's Artist Le Khanh shared that she went into labor at 2am, going through a lot of pain to hear her baby's first cry. She emotionally said: "Tears just kept flowing, I pushed myself up, said hello to my baby, my big boy cried, we have won. Contrary to the doctor's worries, my baby was born lucky, easy and healthy, easy to eat, grew quickly and especially always smiled brightly".
Ky Duyen debuts at Miss Universe
