On the afternoon of November 4, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision on personnel work. Attending were Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen - Deputy Minister of Public Security, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
At the ceremony, the Ministry of Public Security announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen The Hung - Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Security. At the same time, transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc - Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police to the position of Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.
Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc (48 years old), from Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province. He used to be the Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security before being transferred and appointed by the Ministry of Public Security as Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police in November 2019.
Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen - Deputy Minister of Public Security assessed that the two officers have many years of experience working in the police force and have undertaken many different tasks. During their work, they have promoted their roles and duties well and completed their assigned tasks well.
Receiving a new assignment in Khanh Hoa, Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen asked Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc to continue to promote his experience and bravery, get acquainted and approach the new work and area immediately, and do a good job of advising local Party committees and authorities on ensuring security and order, as well as the targets and tasks assigned by the Ministry of Public Security.
