On the afternoon of November 4, the Standing Committee of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee held a meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to announce the decision of the Secretariat on personnel work.
At the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Phong - Head of Department III of the Central Organizing Committee - announced the Secretariat's Decision to transfer and appoint Ms. Nguyen Hai Tram to cease holding the position of Member of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy; transfer and appoint her to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Do Trong Hung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee - asked Ms. Nguyen Hai Tram to continue to make efforts to overcome difficulties, promote experience, capacity, courage, quickly integrate and grasp the local situation. In her new position, it is necessary to respect and promote the traditions and experiences of previous leaders, listen to the opinions of all classes of people, and closely follow the grassroots; wholeheartedly, with all our efforts, innovating our thinking and working methods, together with the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee and the entire political system of the province, unite, join hands, and unanimously lead and direct the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the Tien Giang Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. In the immediate future, we will focus on leading and directing the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 12th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, the new Standing Deputy Secretary of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hai Tram deeply understood that the newly assigned tasks and responsibilities are an honor and a great responsibility to the Party Committee, government and people of the province. In her new position, she will try to quickly grasp the work, learn and integrate with the culture and people of Tien Giang; constantly seek to learn and practice; be dedicated, devoted and wholeheartedly responsible for the common development of the province.
Standing Deputy Secretary of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hai Tram also hopes to continue receiving the attention, leadership, direction and assistance of the Central Committees, ministries and branches; especially the support, assistance and sharing of the Standing members, the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, veteran cadres, colleagues, Party committees at all levels and the political system in the province to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Ms. Nguyen Hai Tram, born in 1975, from Phu Tho province, is a basically trained cadre with a Master's degree in Law and a Senior degree in Political Theory - Administration. She has held many positions such as Deputy Director of the Department of Monitoring and Handling of Cases - Central Internal Affairs Commission; Chief of Office of the Supreme People's Procuracy; Director of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Corruption and Position Cases (Department 5); Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
Since 2020, Ms. Nguyen Hai Tram has been appointed to the position of Permanent Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy until now.
