“Filing for love” (Vietnamese title: Bí mật thanh tra) aired on April 25, revolving around Joo In Ah (Shin Hye Sun) - the head of the tough audit team, famous for exposing internal violations, and Noh Ki Joon (Gong Myung) - the excellent auditor who was suddenly transferred to the scandal handling department.
Right from the first episode, the work attracted attention when exploiting an affair within the company. Initially, Ki Joon thought this was just unfounded suspicion, but In Ah quickly discovered signs of abnormality and clarified the truth, opening up a dramatic development direction for the story.
According to Nielsen Korea, the film achieved an average viewership rating of 4.4% and at one point reached 6%. This achievement is higher than the ending rating of its predecessor - "Concrete Dream" starring Ha Jung Woo and Im Soo Jung.
Meanwhile, at the same time slot, "We are all trying here" achieved a rating of 2.1%, "Phantom lawyer" recorded a 6%, while "Perfect crown" led with 11.2%.
With a sharp character building style, Shin Hye Sun is considered the highlight of the film. The character Joo In Ah is not only cold and decisive but also creates great pressure on those around her, especially Ki Joon. The contrast between an experienced team leader and a young employee struggling to adapt to a new environment is expected to be the main development axis of the work.
Besides the romantic element, "Filing for love" also incorporates office investigation situations, reflecting familiar issues such as corruption and internal violations. The fast pace of storytelling, many unexpected details help the work create attention right from the first episode, and is expected to continue to retain its appeal thanks to the script, acting and chemical reactions between the characters.
