On April 13, the 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards of Korea announced the nomination list in the television, film, drama and musical categories.
Works eligible for award consideration this year are contents broadcast on terrestrial television, general channels, cable television and OTT (online platforms) in the period from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, along with Korean long films released domestically and plays and musicals performed during the same period.
In the television category, 2 films "Our unwritten Seoul" (tvN) and "You and everything else" (Netflix) competed with the largest number of nominations, each film present in 6 categories, including Best Drama, Best Director and Best Screenplay.
The remaining nominations for the Best Drama award also include "The dream life of Mr. Kim" (JTBC), "Low life" (Disney+) and "Bon appétit, your majesty" (tvN).
Director Park Shin Woo (Our unwritten Seoul) and Jo Yeong Min (You and everything else) will face Woo Min Ho (Made in Korea), Yoo Young Eun (Can this love be translated? ) and Jo Hyun Tack (The dream life of Mr. Kim) in the Best Director category.
The price of Confession", "To my beloved thief" and "The art of Sarah" also featured in the Best Screenplay category.
In the Best Actor category, this year's Baeksang Cup is the competition of Ryu Seung Ryong (The dream life of Mr. Kim), Park Jin Young (Our unwritten Seoul), Lee Jun Ho (Typhoon family), Ji Sung (The judge returns) and Hyun Bin (Made in Korea).

The Best Leading Actress category features Kim Go Eun (You and everything else), Park Bo Young (Our unwritten Seoul), Park Ji Hyun (You and everything else), Shin Hye Sun (The art of Sarah) and Im Yoona (Bon appétit, your majesty).
The Best Supporting Actor category includes Kim Gun Woo (You and everything else), Yoo Seung Mok (The dream life of Mr. Kim), Yoo Jae Myung (Love me), Jang Seung Jo (As you stood by) and Jin Sun Kyu (Aema).
While the Best Supporting Actress nominations include Myung Se Bin (The dream life of Mr. Kim), Won Mi Kyung (Our unwritten Seoul), Lee Yi Dam (The art of Sarah), Lim Soo Jung (Low life) and Ha Yoon Kyung (Undercover Miss Hong).
Best New Actor categories include Kim Jin Wook (Low life), Bae Na Ra (Weak hero class 2), Lee Chae Min (Bon appétit, your majesty), Jung Jun Won (Resident playbook), Hong Min Ki (To my beloved thief)
The Best New Actress category includes Kim Min (Low life), Bang Hyo Rin (Aema), Shin Sia (Resident playbook), Jeon So Young (Honour), Choi Ji Su (Undercover Miss Hong).
The 62nd Baeksang Awards ceremony will be held on May 8 in Seoul, Korea and will be broadcast live simultaneously on JTBC, JTBC2 and JTBC4.
