Recently, YG Entertainment revealed the schedule for the 2025 global tour of the group Blackpink (Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, Rose), with the first 10 locations including Goyang (Korea), Los Angeles (USA), Chicago (USA), Toronto ( Canada), New York (USA), Paris (France), Milan (Italy), Barcelona (France), London (UK) and Tokyo (Japan).
The tour will start in July in Korea, with 2 performances held on July 5-6 at Goyang Stadium, and end with 3 performances at Tokyo Dome dome Stadium (Japan), from 16-18, 2026.
After YG's announcement, a list of statistics on the scale of 10 concert venue selected by Blackpink has been spread on social networks.
These are all stadiums with "huge" capacity, the lowest being Goyang Stadium with a capacity of about 41,000 seats, the highest being Wembley Stadium ( London, England) with 90,000 seats.

After 2 years, the scale of Blackpink's concerts has been incredibly expanded.
During the Born Pink tour in 2022-2023, in Korea, Blackpink will hold shows at the KSPO Dome and Gocheok Sky Dome dome dome dome, attracting about 10,000 to nearly 18,000 spectators per night.
But this year, the group's concert will be held at the main stadium of Goyang Sports Complex, Gyeonggi Province. Blackpink is the first Kpop girl group to perform at Goyang Stadium, which is emerging as a new "concert center" in Korea. It is rare for girl groups to open concerts in a stadium with over 40,000 seats in Korea.
In particular, Blackpink is the first female K-pop artist to enter Wembley Stadium ( London, UK), known as the "stage of dreams" even in the UK, one of the places that gave birth to pop music.
With a capacity of 90,000 seats, Wembley Stadium is currently the largest stadium in the UK and the second largest in Europe. The world's top pop stars who have performed here include The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Oasis, Beyonce, Eminem, Ed Sheeran, Harry Styles, Taylor Swift...
Last year, Taylor Swift, an international artist (not a British citizen), held the largest concert in the history of Wembley Stadium, attracting 92,000 fans per night.

In terms of Kpop, after 6 years since BTS set foot at Wembley Stadium in 2019, with 2 shows attracting a total of 114,583 audiences (an average of about 57,000 people/night), Blackpink is the second Kpop artist in history to do so.
In 2022, during the Born Pink tour in the UK, Blackpink only chose the location as the O2 Arena with a capacity of 20,000 seats, the actual number of tickets sold was more than 17,000 spectators/night. Thus, the scale of Blackpink's UK concert can increase nearly 5 times.
It is not known how many seats Blackpink concert will arrange for the audience, but according to the media, YG's bold decision is completely well-founded, based on the group's global popularity.
Blackpink was the first Korean artist to perform at the UK's biggest summer music festival - BST Hyde Park ( London), with a "sold out" show attracting 65,000 audiences in July 2023.

YG stated, We are preparing for an unprecedentedly large-scale tour and the best performances ever, equivalent to the Born Pink tour that attracted 1.8 million people and wrote a new history for Kpop.
Many audiences wondered why YG had just announced 10 locations for the tour and was completely absent from Southeast Asian cities.
According to many predictions, Blackpink may be the first Asian girl group in history to organize a full-scale state-of-the-art tour (Stadium Tour).
The Live Nation account also revealed: "Blackpink's 2025 world tour will come to the studios".
Therefore, it is likely that YG is negotiating with other standard locations to achieve this goal.
