People's Artist Dao Ba Son was born in 1952, a student of the second course of Hanoi Film School. At the end of 1983, he officially moved to live and work in Ho Chi Minh City.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to the production of 80 feature films and hundreds of video and television series.
