According to TMZ, Diddy's lawyer, Mr. Marc Agnifilo, gave the latest shares about the rapper's condition.
Lawyer Agnifilo appeared in a TMZ documentary called "The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment" and affirmed that his client would fight for this lawsuit, not only for himself but also for those in similar situations.
Talking about Diddy's mental state, the lawyer said that despite many difficulties, the rapper still maintained a positive attitude.
"His spirit is really positive. I spend hours with him every day. His determination is very strong. He focused on protecting himself and accepted the current situation," the lawyer said.
Lawyer Marc Agnifilo's sharing caused outrage because many people thought that Diddy had a cold attitude towards the pain of the victims and always denied his actions but could not clearly explain the accusations.
Amid Diddy's scandal that shocked the international media, a Houston-based law firm announced that it represented more than 50 victims of sexual assault and abuse by Diddy and his accomplices.
Details of the more than 50 cases will be made public by the law firm as the case progresses.
Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the law firm, has made a number of allegations about Diddy's actions at the "Freak Off" party.
Buzbee said some of the whistleblowers were minors at the time of the incident and that he would plan to hold a press conference so the victims could share their stories.
Previously, one of the notable points in this case was the discovery of more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil in Diddy's homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
Lawyer Agnifilo expressed doubts about the number of 1,000 bottles of baby oil: "I don't know where this number 1,000 comes from. I can't imagine having thousands of bottles."
When it was confirmed that the number came from federal documents, the attorney quickly added that he was "not sure what baby oil had to do with it."
Many people believe that lawyer Agnifilo's explanation and reaction show Rapper Diddy's efforts to reduce the seriousness of confiscating a large amount of baby oil in the home, while trying to give a reasonable explanation for owning such a large amount.
