On the morning of August 28, the National Achievement Exhibition "80 years of Independence - freedom - Happiness" opened at the National Exhibition Center.
During the opening ceremony, the performances were staged specially, including the performance of "Xam Ha Noi" by artist Ha Myo.
Ha Myo sang "Xam Ha Noi" and collaborated with a rap and arranged with electronic music (EDM). On stage, the ao dai and the erhu depict the traditional beauty of Vietnam but are performed modernly and innovatively when combined with rap.
During the opening ceremony, many special art performances were performed such as "Dang Da Ta Xuan", "Toc Quoc Ta Chong Fhoa", "Tre Viet Nam", "Tre Nga Dong Lang Ba", "Khat Actions Nguoi Viet", "Made in Vietnam".
The performance of "Vietnamese Baby" by young rapper Nguyen Trung Dung with a rap part about love for the homeland, ending with 5 things Uncle Ho taught also impressed the audience.
The artists Tung Duong, Duong Hoang Yen, Dong Hung, Ha Myo, Oplus group, Truc Nhan... brought heroic songs with strong cultural identity.
The National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th National Day with the theme "80 years of independence - freedom - Happiness" is open for free to serve the people and tourists from August 28 to September 5, 2025, at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi).
The exhibition with the largest space and display content ever and a series of unique programs and activities promises to be an attractive destination.
The exhibition has an area of nearly 260,000 m2, the largest scale ever, with the participation of 34 provinces, cities, 28 ministries, branches, and more than 230 booths of 106 state-owned and private enterprises.
The exhibition space is modernly designed, combining artifacts, images, historical documents with digital technology, 3D mapping projection, virtual reality, holograms and the application of artificial intelligence, bringing a new experience to the public.
The exhibition of national achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day introduces and displays the country's outstanding achievements in 80 years of construction and development in various fields, especially in key areas such as: industry - technology; investment - trade; agriculture - rural areas; security - defense; foreign affairs; health, education; culture, sports and tourism.
At the same time, introduce Vietnamese culture - country - people with a 4,000-year historical cultural tradition; the richness and cultural diversity of 54 ethnic groups; the richness of resources, products of the three regions and outstanding architectural works of the past and present across the country.
