At exactly 0:00 on January 31, Blissoo Records released the first poster for Jisoo's (Blackpink) solo mini album "Amortage". The album will be released at 12:00 on Valentine's Day, February 14 (Vietnam time).
“Amortage” marks Jisoo’s return as a solo artist nearly two years after her single album “Me” (including the songs “Flower” and “All Eyes On Me”) was released in March 2023.
In the new poster, Jisoo surprises with an extremely sexy look. She has her hair tied in a ponytail, wearing a white fur crop-top with a high neck and off-the-shoulder design.
In particular, the female singer's face is made up in a light pink tone, but combined with blue eye lenses and seductive full-rimmed lips.
Many audiences believe that this is a style never seen before in Jisoo, promising an album with a completely new color.
According to fans, the Amiri fur coat Jisoo wore was sold out just minutes after the image was released. This proves Jisoo’s influence, as well as fans’ anticipation for the Blackpink eldest member’s comeback as a singer.
Previously, Jisoo announced signing a contract with Warner Records on January 29.
Warner Records is a major American record label, part of Warner Music Group (WMG), that has significant influence on the global music industry, including the US market.
Therefore, joining Warner Records will facilitate Jisoo in promoting solo products globally.
In 2025, Jisoo promises to be active in both singing and acting. In addition to returning to the music scene with the mini album "Amortage", a number of films starring Jisoo will be released.
Coupang Play's zombie drama "Newtopia" starring Jisoo and Park Jung Min will premiere on February 7.
