The annulment decision was issued by the Department of Education and Training of Lam Dong province on August 25 and assigned the Principal of Phan Boi Chau High School - Phan Thiet to notify parents and 38 students of the annulment of the passing results.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hiep - Principal of Phan Boi Chau High School - Phan Thiet - said that initially the students all placed their first wish at the school but did not get enough points (39/40 according to the 4 years of secondary school transcript).
After the admission consideration is completed, the school still has quotas, so it will recruit additional students. The above-mentioned group of candidates continued to submit applications.
After considering, the school will know that the students have been admitted to nguyện vọng 2 and have completed admission procedures to other schools.
According to Mr. Hiep, this is the first time Phan Boi Chau - Phan Thiet High School has recruited additional students and cannot log in to the enrollment data system for testing, so this situation was not foreseen.
If receiving 38 students, those schools will be short of students compared to the number allocated. Therefore, the Department of Education and Training of Lam Dong province has issued a decision to cancel the results of the above 38 students.
