Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade announced that in 2025, the school plans to recruit a number of new combinations, including group C.
The additional combinations are C00 (Literature, History, Geography); C01 (Literature, Math, Physics); C02 (Literature, Math, Chemistry); C14 (Math, Literature, Economic and Legal Education).
According to the school, adding a number of admission combinations, including group C, aims to create opportunities for candidates with a foundation in group C to access many different professions at the school.
The University of Economics and Law (Ho Chi Minh City National University) has also announced expected enrollment information for 2025.
Accordingly, this school plans to enroll students according to 3 admission methods with 4 groups of subjects for admission including: Math - English - Literature; Math - English - Physics; Math - English - Information Technology; Math - English - Economic and Legal Education.
Thus, compared to before, in 2025, the school plans to remove the two groups of Math - Physics - Chemistry and Math - English - Chemistry, replacing them with new groups including: Math - English - Informatics and Math - English - Economic and Legal Education.
According to Master Cu Xuan Tien - Head of Admissions and Student Affairs Department of University of Economics and Law, the 2025 admission plan is designed to select excellent candidates, ensuring input quality in accordance with the school's training requirements and meeting the strict demands of the labor market.
Similarly, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education said that in 2025, the admission combination will be adjusted to match the subjects in the high school graduation exam.
According to the school, the adjustment still ensures maintaining the admission combinations of 2024 in methods using high school graduation exam scores suitable for exam subjects from 2025.
"At the same time, the school will adjust the combinations that are no longer suitable, such as eliminating combinations with exams in Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, etc. and adding new combinations with subjects in Economic Education and Law, Information Technology, and Technology," the school representative informed.
