On the afternoon of September 3, the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province organized a conference to announce the decision to arrange schools and educational institutions directly under it and award decisions to appoint management officials.
At the conference, the Department of Education and Training announced the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on arranging high schools (THPT) and the Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center (GDNN-GDTX) directly under it.
Accordingly, 20 high schools are arranged into 10 large-scale schools. The schools after arrangement include: Buon Ma Thuot High School, Chu Van An High School, Buon Ho High School, Cu M'gar High School, Ea H'leo High School, Krong Ana High School, Nguyen Binh Khiem High School, Nguyen Hue High School, Tran Quoc Tuan High School and Le Trung Kien High School.
For the GDNN-GDTX system, 10 centers are arranged into 3 centers, including Buon Ho GDNN-GDTX Center, Krong Pac GDNN-GDTX Center and Tuy An GDNN-GDTX Center.
The arrangement aims to innovate school governance, expand the scale of schools and classes, effectively use facilities, teaching staff, management staff and investment resources, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of education.
Sharing with management officials affected by the arrangement, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan - Director of Dak Lak Department of Education and Training said that this is a major policy to streamline the apparatus, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and build an educational environment for students.
Ms. Xuan hopes that the team of officials and teachers will continue to share and accompany the industry, striving to successfully complete their tasks.
For management officials who continue to hold positions, Ms. Xuan requested to promote the spirit of responsibility, build internal solidarity and improve school governance efficiency.
On the same day, the Department of Education and Training of the province also announced decisions to appoint management officials at units after arrangement. The term of appointment is 5 years, from August 30, 2026.
