Accordingly, the threshold for ensuring the quality of the school's entrance exam in 2025 is 18 points, including the total admission scores of the groups, applicable to all majors.
However, in the fields of Law, Economic Law, and International Trade Law, candidates considered according to the D01 combination must have a total score in Math and Literature of 12 points or more. According to other combinations, the total Math and Literature score requires a level of 6 points.
Candidates considered for the International Trade Law and English Language major also have a minimum English score of 6.
The above entrance requirements are applied to candidates who are admitted based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam and are admitted based on their academic records.

In 2025, Hanoi Law University plans to enroll a total of 2,650 students, of which 2,350 are for main facilities in Hanoi and 300 for branches in Dak Lak.
The three admission methods are applied: direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and separate regulations of the school; considering three-year high school transcripts; and considering the results of the high school graduation exam.
Regarding tuition fees, it is expected that in the coming school year, students studying in the general program will pay about 28 million VND/year, while the fee for the high-quality program will be up to nearly 56 million VND/year.
Last year, the admission score based on high school graduation exam scores ranged from 22.85 to 28.85 (on a 30-point scale). The Economic Law major, considered according to the C00 combination (Literature, History, Geography) has the highest score. In contrast, the lowest benchmark score is the Law major at Dak Lak branch, at 22.85 points for all combinations.
In the method of considering academic records, the admission score in 2024 ranges from 22.51 to 30 points, including priority points and incentive points.
