Happy with your child's high exam scores
On July 17, the house of Chu Van Dung's family (born in 2007, residing in Thanh My village, Cam Quan commune) had many people and neighbors come to visit, encourage and congratulate Dung on his high achievements after the Ministry of Education and Training announced the high school graduation exam scores in 2025.
With a rather small and low body shape but a handsome and intelligent face, Chu Van Dung - said that his recent graduation exam results in Math had 9.75 points, Physics had 10 points, Chemistry had 9.5 points, Literature had 9 points.
In the total graduation exam scores of 4 subjects, Dung scored 38.25 points; in the admission score of the University of Science and Technology, block A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), Dung scored 29.25 points.
Dung shared that he plans to submit his application for admission to Hanoi University of Science and Technology with a major in Automation to pursue a career and satisfy his dream for the future.
Mr. Chu Van Tinh (51 years old, Dung's father) shared that his family was very happy and excited when their son achieved high scores in the high school graduation exam this year.
In particular, his A00 score for university admission is also high, so his family believes that he will pass the university entrance exam, opening up career opportunities for the future.
According to Mr. Tinh, Dung is not a case of "famous books", "study day, study night", but may have the intelligence to quickly absorb the test in his studies and take the exam with good exam scores.
His child loves soccer, often plays soccer every afternoon and is also passionate about watching football. Many late nights, our father and I wake up together to make instant noodles to eat and watch world football. My family does not have to remind or urge him to study, but let him take the initiative to study by himself, Mr. Tinh shared.
According to Mr. Tinh, the couple has 2 sons, Dung is the eldest child, the grandson is 5 years old this year but has a rare myasthenia gravis and cannot walk.
That is also why the family's economy is somewhat difficult because it costs money for medicine and treatment for the children.
Mr. Tinh is a freelancer, his wife opens a small Western medicine stall near her home to sell. The family's economy is also quite limited, but he and his wife said that they will have to work hard to tighten spending to try to save money to raise Dung in the upcoming years of university.
Mr. Tinh also shared that due to family circumstances, he and his wife oriented and hoped Dung would take the exam to the Police or the Army to help with the cost of tuition and graduation without worrying about applying for a job.
However, Dung's wishes were different, so he and his wife also respected their children's right to choose, allowing them to decide their own career.
Proud academic achievements
Ms. Le Thi Hai - Head teacher of class 12A1 at Cam Xuyen High School - said that Chu Van Dung is a good student, eager to learn, with smart qualities, especially in natural subjects.
According to Ms. Hai, in her 3 years of high school, Dung was always the best student in class, in her 11th grade, she won second prize in Physics at the provincial level, in her 12th year, she won third prize in Physics at the provincial level.
The fact that Dung achieved 29.25 points for A00 is very high, very happy. However, I wasn't too surprised. For me, the surprise was that even though I focused on natural subjects, my Literature major also achieved 9 points, Ms. Hai shared.
Mr. Vo Ta Tinh - Vice Principal of Cam Xuyen High School - shared that in the 2025 high school graduation exam, the school has 100% of students passing the graduation exam; 22 students have achieved the traditional university admission score (Block A00, B00, C00 from 27 points or higher).
Of which, Chu Van Dung, a student in class 12A1, achieved the highest exam score with 38.25 graduation points, becoming the candidate with the highest graduation score in the province, the candidate with the 4th highest graduation score in the country.
Regarding the admission score of the University of Science and Technology, category A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), Dung scored a total of 29.25 points as the Actor of this group.
