A locality completes the merger of 2 universities
On July 14, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1268/QD-TTg on merging Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism into Hong Duc University.
According to the decision, Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism is merged into Hong Duc University - a unit directly under Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
The Prime Minister assigned the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant agencies and units to carry out the handover and reception of learners, personnel, finances and assets of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism into Hong Duc University in accordance with regulations.

A commune in Da Nang requires students to submit phones before entering the classroom
Hoa Vang Commune People's Committee (Da Nang) has just officially issued a temporary regulation to manage the use of phones and social networks for students under 16 years old.
According to a survey of 2,707 parents, up to 79.2% of opinions believe that phones and social networks are having a very serious impact on their children's learning. Along with that, 95.5% of parents support the promulgation of management solutions to limit use. From this reality, Hoa Vang Commune People's Committee officially issued a decision to create a basis for the government, schools and families to accompany and protect children in cyberspace.

The new regulation emphasizes the principle of not separating children from digital life, but focusing on strictly managing the time and purpose of use. At school, students are restricted from bringing phones; if they bring them, they must turn off the power or set the silent mode and put them in the classroom's storage cabinet.
