Up to this point, many universities have announced their enrollment plans for 2026, and at the same time announced the expected tuition fees applied to new students.
At the University of Law - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in the 2026 - 2027 academic year, tuition fees for training majors range from 30.43 - 35.8 million VND/year.

For the University of Education - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the school plans tuition fees for students in non-pedagogical majors as follows:
- Implemented according to Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP dated September 3, 2025 of the Government.
- Tuition fees for the 2026 - 2027 school year:
+ Tuition fee 1,910,000 VND/month/student (10 months/year), applicable to Psychology and School Counseling majors
+ Tuition fee 1,700,000 VND/month/student (10 months/year), applicable to the remaining majors.
- Full course tuition (expected):
Approximately 88.6 million VND/course/student for Psychology and School Counseling majors;
About 83,000 VND/course/student for the remaining majors.
Tuition fees may change according to the State's adjustments in the following years.
Tuition and support for Pedagogy students:
- According to the provisions of Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP, the tuition fee policy according to this Decree does not apply to learners who have enjoyed the policy of supporting tuition fees and living expenses according to the Government's regulations for pedagogical students.
- Implemented according to Decree No. 116/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 and Decree No. 60/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing Decree 116/2020.
- Pedagogical students are supported by the State with tuition fees and living expenses, procedures and norms are implemented according to current regulations.
- In addition, students have access to the rich scholarship system of the University and Vietnam National University, Hanoi, as well as the opportunity to participate in part-time activities and internships to receive remuneration at affiliated units.
For An Giang University, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, the expected tuition fee for training majors in the 2026 - 2027 academic year ranges from 24.78 - 30.85 million VND/year.
In which, for accredited majors, the expected tuition fee for the Life Sciences and Natural Sciences blocks is 28.78 million VND/year.
