Accordingly, for the group teaching majors in foreign languages, the courses in the general education knowledge block have a tuition fee of 720,000 VND/credit.
Courses of basic industry knowledge, majors, supplementary courses, internships and professional theses have specific tuition fees:
- 820,000 VND/credit (for Business Communications major taught in English).
- 880,000 VND/credit (for majors taught in English).
- 1,030,000 VND/credit (for Financial Technology industry).
- 1,740,000 VND/credit (with advanced training programs in the fields of Information Technology and Travel and Tourism Service Management taught in English).
The Language group has tuition fees for modules of the standard training program; Modules in the general education and industry-based knowledge block (taught in Vietnamese) of the advanced training program are 720,000 VND/credit.
Modules in the basic industry knowledge block (taught in a foreign language), majors, internships and graduation theses of the advanced training program have higher tuition fees, estimated at 1,140,000 VND/month ( with Italian Language major) and 1,400,000 VND/credit (with English Language and Chinese Language majors).
The school's tuition is adjusted each school year, no more than 15% per year.
In 2024, Hanoi University will enroll 3,225 students for 27 training majors with 3 groups of methods:
- Direct admission and priority admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Combined admission according to Hanoi University's regulations.
- Admission based on the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam.
In particular, the school spends 50% of the total target for the admission method based on high school graduation exam scores in 2024.

According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, after candidates complete registration and pay for university admission in 2024, the Ministry's admission system will conduct virtual filtering to determine admission results from August 13 to 5:00 p.m. August 17.
After the virtual filtering process ends, schools will begin announcing benchmark scores and admission results. No later than 5:00 p.m. on August 19, universities and colleges must complete the announcement of benchmark scores and university admission results in 2024, phase 1.
