Through initial verification, the Ward People's Committee affirmed that the teacher's use of a ruler to hit students was wrong, requesting the school and teachers to seriously take responsibility and not let it happen again.
To clarify the extent of the injury, the Ward People's Committee requested to provide medical records from Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital.
On March 24, the hospital issued a certificate of injury to A.Th., diagnosed with elbow and right wrist injury; stable condition, hand suspension and treatment according to prescription.
