On May 17, information from Song Cau Ward Police (Bac Kan City) said that the unit is coordinating to investigate the case of a student brutally assaulted at Bac Kan Secondary School.
The victim in the incident was N.H.H (born in 2011, class 8A2). Accordingly, on the morning of May 5, during recess, H was dragged by a classmate to the school's practice house and beaten.
At around 10am the same day, H was taken by a group of friends to the school toilet, where the other 3 students were waiting, then rushed in to punch and kick him repeatedly. The entire process was filmed on video.
The police identified the group of students involved in the assault as T.A.D (born in 2010), B.T.N.D (born in 2010, studying in class 9A5), G.P.V (born in 2010) and T.B.K (born in 2011, class 8A4).
In it, G.P.V recorded a video with T.A.D's phone when the remaining friends beat H.
The reason comes from T.A.D's sale of kitchens and H's asking to buy them but not making the transaction.
In addition, D suspected H of contacting his girlfriend, leading to a conflict. Although H provided a photo of a text message to prove it, D still did not believe it and caused him to beat him many times.
The results of the catage on May 11 showed H having three broken ribs ( frontal fractions of ribs 5, 6, 7 on the left) and gas in the left shoulder joint.
According to the police, H was beaten by T.B.K at the end of April and was called by D and K to the vacant land on April 4 to continue the assault.
Out of fear, victim H did not dare to tell adults, only when the clip was spread did the family know about the incident.
The incident is currently being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
