On this occasion, the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision of the Secretariat on approving comrades Le Hai Yen - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Vu Khac Quang - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province to join the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee.
Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the two new Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Quan Minh Cuong emphasized his expectations for the capacity, qualities, political courage and the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility of comrades Vu Hong Quang and Le Hai Hoa.
