The People's Security Academy has just announced the enrollment quota (new recruitment) for university level training in 2026.
For regular university enrollment (new enrollment), from high school graduates and draft soldiers, the academy enrolls 400 university-level training quotas at the People's Security Academy, including:
Security Operations major group: 250 targets (Male: 225; Female: 25), Northern enrollment area (from Hue city and outwards).
Information Security/Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control: 150 targets; of which a maximum of 50 male targets are reserved for training abroad in the field of Information Technology (considered for selection among admitted students to the school), nationwide enrollment area. Specifically:
Regarding cooperation in university-level training with the School of Information Technology and Communications under Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the academy enrolls 100 male targets, Information Technology major, nationwide enrollment area.
Training location: People's Security Academy.
The time for organizing the assessment exam is implemented according to the Plan of the Ministry of Public Security.
For enrollment (new recruitment) for university training with a second degree in police nghiệp vụ, from the source of candidates who have a university degree or higher, the academy recruits 130 quotas, of which:
Security Operations major group: 100 targets (Men: 90; Women: 10), Northern enrollment area (from Hue city and outwards).
Information Security major: 30 targets (Men: 27; Women: 03), nationwide enrollment area.
Time to organize the assessment exam: September 2026.
According to the academy's guidance, determining the enrollment area for service soldiers and students of the School of Culture is implemented as follows:
Soldiers on duty under units directly under the Ministry: based on the location where the soldier's unit is stationed, determine the enrollment area in the North or South when candidates register for admission and consideration to the People's Security Academy.
Students of the School of Culture: based on the place where the local police (formerly) conducted preliminary selection and sent them to train at the School of Culture to determine the enrollment area in the North or South when candidates register for admission and consideration for admission to the People's Security Academy.
Regarding the enrollment method, after the Ministry of Public Security has an announcement and guidance on enrollment information, the People's Security Academy will announce and update it in the Enrollment Information and publish it on the Academy's website.
