Schools consolidated after arrangement
Before the 2026-2027 school year, many localities in Hung Yen province organized conferences to announce decisions on arranging and reorganizing schools, establishing Party organizations and consolidating the management staff.
In Hoan Long commune, the education system was reorganized into 3 schools including Hoan Long Kindergarten, Hoan Long Primary School and Hoan Long Secondary School. Along with that, the locality consolidated the management staff and established 3 school party cells directly under the Commune Party Committee, replacing the previous 7 party cells.

As for Vu Thu commune, the arrangement is larger in scale. From 15 public educational institutions, the commune reorganized into 5 schools, reducing 10 focal points, equivalent to 66.67%. Including 2 kindergartens, Hoa My Kindergarten and Son Ca Kindergarten; 2 elementary schools, Vu Thu Primary School and Chu Van An Primary School, together with Vu Thu Secondary School. The number of management officials was also reduced from 37 to 22 people. The teaching staff was received in their original state and assigned according to job positions; finance, land, and facilities were inventoried and handed over.
For Tan Hung commune, schools are also reorganized according to each level of education. Tan Hung Kindergarten was established on the basis of merging 4 kindergartens Tan Hung, Phuong Chieu, Hong Nam and Thu Sy.
According to Mr. Pham Dong Thuy - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province, after arrangement, schools need to continue to maintain the spirit of solidarity, promote the application of information technology in management work, and proactively prepare all conditions to enter the 2026-2027 school year.
Preparing facilities for the new school year
According to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, at this time, as the new school year is approaching, the atmosphere at many school projects in Hung Yen province has become busier than ever. Some school construction sites are completing the final items, in time for handover before the opening day of the new school year.
At Vu Thu Elementary School (Vu Thu commune, Hung Yen province), workers are focusing on painting and completing, installing electrical systems, lighting, equipment and auxiliary items before acceptance and handover for use.

Principal of Vu Thu Primary School shared that the construction of a spacious new school brings a safe and friendly educational environment, better meeting the learning needs of students. In addition, the school has proactively prepared sufficient teaching equipment so that when the project is completed, it will be installed and put into use right on the first day of the new school year.
Not only investing in building new schools and classrooms, many localities in the province also take advantage of redundant public offices after arranging administrative units to supplement facilities for the education sector.
In Hoan Long commune, the headquarters of Dong Than Commune People's Committee (old) was renovated and upgraded into the facility of Dong Than Primary School. The project has a total investment of nearly 10 billion VND, on an area of more than 3,000m2, arranging 9 classrooms, contributing to reducing the pressure of a shortage of classrooms before the new school year.

And in Pho Hien ward, on the afternoon of August 27, PV's records, many schools in the province are also ready in terms of facilities, teaching equipment, school cleaning and necessary conditions, ensuring to welcome students into the 2026-2027 school year safely and conveniently.
