On August 17, 2026, many localities in Hung Yen province organized conferences to announce decisions on arranging and reorganizing schools, establishing Party organizations and consolidating the management staff, preparing for the 2026-2027 school year.
In Hoan Long commune, the People's Committee of Hoan Long commune announced decisions to establish preschool, primary and secondary education institutions after arrangement. Accordingly, the school system in the commune is organized into 3 schools, including: Hoan Long Kindergarten, Hoan Long Primary School and Hoan Long Secondary School.
Along with the establishment of schools, the Commune People's Committee announced decisions to appoint and consolidate the management staff, ensuring stable leadership and administration at schools before the new school year 2026-2027.
The Party Committee of Hoan Long commune also announced the decision to terminate the operation of 7 school branches, and at the same time established 3 school branches directly under the Party Committee of the commune, in accordance with the school model after arrangement.
In Vu Thu commune, the arrangement is larger in scale. From 15 public educational institutions, the commune reorganized into 5 schools, reducing 10 focal points, equivalent to 66.67%. Including 2 kindergartens, Hoa My Kindergarten and Son Ca Kindergarten; 2 elementary schools, Vu Thu Elementary School and Chu Van An Elementary School; and Vu Thu Secondary School.
According to the new plan, Vu Thu commune ends the model of 3 inter-level primary and secondary schools to organize management according to each level of education. The number of management staff is also reduced from 37 to 22 people. The teaching staff is received in their original state and assigned according to job positions; finance, land, and facilities are inventoried and handed over.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Dong Thuy - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province, requested schools to maintain solidarity, promote the application of information technology in management and proactively prepare for the new school year.
In Tan Hung commune, schools are also reorganized according to each level of education. Tan Hung Kindergarten was established on the basis of merging 4 kindergartens Tan Hung, Phuong Chieu, Hong Nam and Thu Sy.
Tan Hung Primary School was established on the basis of separating the primary level of 3 primary and secondary schools Tan Hung, Phuong Chieu, Hong Nam, merged with Thu Sy Primary School.
Tan Hung Secondary School was established on the basis of separating the secondary level of 3 primary and secondary schools Tan Hung, Phuong Chieu, Hong Nam, merged with Thu Sy Primary School.
Meanwhile, in Viet Tien commune, the locality established 3 schools after arrangement. Viet Tien Kindergarten was established on the basis of consolidating the original state of 4 kindergartens: Dan Tien, Dong Tien, Hong Tien and Viet Hoa.
Viet Tien Primary School was established on the basis of merging Dan Tien Primary School, Hong Tien Primary School, primary school level of Dong Tien Primary & Secondary School and Viet Hoa Primary & Secondary School.
Viet Tien Secondary School was established on the basis of merging Dan Tien Secondary School, Hong Tien Secondary School, and the secondary level of Dong Tien Primary & Secondary School and Viet Hoa Primary & Secondary School.
