On March 19, Hue City simultaneously held the groundbreaking ceremony for 3 inter-level boarding school projects in A Luoi communes, with a total investment of more than 680 billion VND.
Specifically, the Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School project in A Luoi 1 commune, invested by the Hue City Urban Development and Construction Investment Project Management Board, has a total floor area of about 17,713 m2, with a total investment of 245.75 billion VND. The project is designed to serve about 1,435 students, including 875 primary school students and 560 secondary school students.
The project aims to meet level 2 facilities standards according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, meeting the requirements of teaching, living, and physical training, while contributing to improving the rate of students going to school in the area.
In A Luoi 2 commune, the Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School project has a total investment of about 209.182 billion VND, invested by the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Area 2. The project has a scale of serving about 1,220 students, including 266 boarding students and 75 officials and teachers.
The project is expected to form a synchronous material facility, ensuring learning, living and safety conditions for students, contributing to completing the education network in mountainous and border areas.
Meanwhile, the Inter-level Boarding Primary School - Secondary School - High School project in A Luoi 5 commune is also invested by the Project Management Board for Construction Investment Area 2, with a total investment of about 226.714 billion VND. The project serves about 786 students and 41 officials, teachers, and staff.
The project is assessed to contribute to improving the quality of education, stabilizing teaching and learning, and improving the face of social infrastructure in the border area, promoting socio-economic development and ensuring social security in A Luoi district.
