The 2026 high school graduation exam in Quang Ninh province will be held from June 10 to 12 according to the High School Graduation Examination Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
After the end of the exam supervision work, information appeared on social networks reflecting that at the Cam Pha High School exam site, there was a phenomenon of exam supervisors supporting candidates to do the test during the exam.
On June 13, the Quang Ninh Department of Education and Training issued a document requesting Cam Pha High School to urgently inspect and verify the entire reflected content; coordinate with the Head of the exam site and related organizations and individuals to clarify information and report results to the Department no later than June 14.
On June 14, Cam Pha High School had a report on the results of inspection and verification.
On the same day, based on the school's report, the reports of related individuals and based on coordination with professional departments of the Provincial Police confirming information, the Department of Education and Training issued a Official Dispatch on organizing reviews and handling for officials and teachers related to the responsibility of performing the task of supervising the 2026 high school graduation exam at the Cam Pha High School exam site; in which directing schools and related individuals to conduct reviews and handle seriously according to regulations.
By June 15, 2026, the schools had organized self-criticism and agreed to discipline 3 officials and employees, specifically: Mr. To Van Tien, Invigilator 2 at exam room 1528 of Cam Pha High School Exam Point, who did not properly perform his assigned responsibilities and duties; violating point c, clause 6, Article 29 of the Exam Regulations: Form of Warning.
Ms. Tran Thi Bich Hao is a teacher, knowledgeable about the Exam Regulations, but still has the act of asking teacher To Van Tien to perform the act of violating the Exam Regulations: Form of Warning.
Ms. Vu Ngoc Ha, Invigilator 1 at exam room 1528 of Cam Pha High School exam site, did not prevent teacher To Van Tien's violations; did not report to the Head of the exam site about violations occurring in the exam room; violated point c, clause 6, Article 29 of the Exam Regulations: Reprimand form.
For cases of leaders at the Cam Pha High School Exam Point: The Department of Education and Training requests a review of related responsibilities, sends a report to the Department of Education and Training for consideration according to their authority; case of Ms. Pham Thi Nhung - Supervisor of exam room 1528 (a teacher at Quang La Primary and Secondary School, under Quang La Commune People's Committee): Educational institutions using public employees are responsible for reviewing at the unit, reporting to the People's Committee of Quang La commune and the Department of Education and Training according to management decentralization.
