Hanoi - It is expected that this afternoon, the Department of Education and Training will announce the additional admission scores (phase 2) for grade 10 of public schools.

According to information from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the review and determination of the remaining quotas of schools as well as consideration of proposing additional admission scores (phase 2) for grade 10 in the 2025-2026 school year of each school has been basically completed.

This afternoon (July 18), the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will announce additional admission scores for public schools (if any). It is expected that many high schools in Hanoi will lower their admission scores.

Students who are eligible for additional admission will submit their application directly to the school where they were admitted, the application submission period is from July 19 to July 22, 2025.

According to the regulations of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, students have the right to enter their school that they have set a first wish for when they are eligible for admission in this additional admission round.

Accordingly, students who have enrolled in school have requested to withdraw their application to study at the school and have expressed their wishes 1; at the same time, note that in this admission period, the school will only receive applications directly.

In the 2024-2025 school year, the whole city has 3 specialized schools and 60 non-specialized high schools approved for additional admission.
