Today (September 17), the Hanoi Department of Education and Training met with public high schools to consider additional admission to grade 10 (phase 2) for the 2025-2026 school year.
The admission standard score (phase 1) for grade 10 of specialized and non-professional high schools was announced by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training on July 4, the same day students received the exam results.
Candidates who were admitted to the first round of schools have completed the admission confirmation procedures from July 10 to July 12.
Based on the number of students who have been confirmed to be enrolled in each high school and the number of students still lacking compared to the target, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will meet with schools to review and approve additional admission admission scores (phase 2).
It is expected that the additional admission scores for each school will be announced by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training tomorrow (July 18).
Candidates who are admitted this time will enroll in school on July 19-22.
This year's 10th grade entrance exam in Hanoi took place over two days, June 7-8, with nearly 103,000 candidates. Of which, about 13,000 candidates registered for the additional specialized exam on June 9. This is the busiest 10th grade exam in the country.
