Kim Lien Ward People's Committee said that immediately after receiving the reflection, it established an inspection team to verify according to the reflection.
Regarding the parent board of class 4B "collecting too much parent fund", Kim Lien Ward People's Committee said that through checking the final settlement of revenue and expenditure of the first semester, the parent board spent a lot of money on class activities and made it public at the parent meeting on January 25, 2026. The balance of the first semester fund of 8,888,000 VND will be transferred to the second semester fund.
Regarding the parents' association collecting the second semester fund, expected to collect 1,400,000 VND, Kim Lien Ward People's Committee said that it was because the parents' association arbitrarily put it on the Zalo group (without the homeroom teacher in the group) without the consent of the homeroom teacher.
Regarding this matter, the Parents' Association admits its mistakes and asks to learn from experience to discuss with all class parents to come up with a reasonable collection level, suitable to the economic conditions of every family and according to the direction of the Parents' Representative Board of the school.
The homeroom teacher does not agree with the implementation of collecting parents' funds for the second semester according to the above expected level and so far class 4B has not collected parents' funds for the second semester" - Kim Lien Ward People's Committee stated the verification results.
Regarding the reflection on collecting association fees, Kim Lien Ward People's Committee affirmed that, through inspection of the school's collection system in the months of the first semester and January 2026, class 4B did not have any students paying association tuition fees with the above amount.
Linked tuition fees of the class are collected as follows: Supplementary English is 170,000 VND/month; Stem Robotis English is 150,000 VND/month. This collection has been specifically checked. Accordingly, parents who need to send their children to school all have applications to participate and have minutes of agreement between parents and the school on the collection level and fees. Life skills education activities, the school has not implemented since December 2025.
