In Ha Tinh, in harmony with the school opening day atmosphere of the whole country, on the morning of September 5, more than 390,000 officials, teachers, staff, and students in 235 schools officially entered the opening ceremony of the 2026 - 2027 school year.
The province's main bridge point is located at Son Kim 1 Primary - Secondary Boarding School (Son Kim 1 commune), directly connected to the central bridge point of the Ministry of Education and Training in Lao Cai. Huong Khe Primary - Secondary Boarding School (Huong Khe commune) will connect online with the province's main bridge point.
At the opening ceremony, Son Kim 1 Primary - Secondary Boarding School and Huong Khe Primary - Secondary Boarding School performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate and hand over the project for use.
Huong Khe Inter-level Boarding Primary - Secondary School is built in Huong Khe commune, on an area of more than 5 hectares, with a cost of about 160 billion VND.
Son Kim 1 Inter-level Boarding Primary School - Secondary School was started in November 2025 on an area of more than 5 hectares, with a scale of 40 classrooms, serving more than 1,300 students. Construction investment cost is about 140 billion VND.
This 2026–2027 school year, Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Na's family (36 years old, residing in Long Phu village, Huong Khe commune) has 4 children studying at Huong Khe Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School, including grades 1, 4, 7, 8.
The school is very spacious and modern. As a parent, I am very happy that all 4 children are studying at this school. With such good facilities and learning conditions, if my children cannot study really well, it is really a mistake. Bringing her child to Huong Khe Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School to attend the opening ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Huyen (47 years old, residing in Phu Loc village, Huong Khe commune) shared that she is very happy that the State has invested in building a spacious and modern school so that her child and many children in the locality have the best learning conditions.
Ms. Huyen has 4 children, the eldest child after graduating from university went to work, 2 children are studying at university, the youngest child is in grade 2, Huong Khe Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School.
