Quang Binh province has implemented 10th grade high school entrance exams with a reduced number of subjects, down to only 2 subjects: Math and Literature from 2021.
English subject is removed from the 10th grade high school entrance exam.
The application of 2 subjects aims to reduce pressure on students in exam preparation. At the same time, considering the scores of subjects in 4 years has helped students be more proactive in exams.
The exam time is also arranged in 1 day, which helps students and parents not spend too much time traveling.
This is the fourth year that Quang Binh province has organized a combined admission method of entrance exams and selection. The province's 10th grade high school admission results ranking has also increased from 49th in 2021 to 32nd in 2024.
