On the evening of April 23, 2026, Hanoi National University of Education organized the Final of the HNUE 2026 Presenter Contest.
Speaking at the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son - Rector of Hanoi National University of Education acknowledged that the necessary skills of an MC are close to the necessary skills of an educator.
Because teachers also have to lead the conversation, from content to content, knowledge, must know how to observe the classroom, know how to suggest, know how to make learners and students look towards them and accompany them.
The difference is that teachers are more favorable, when in front of them are students, familiar settings, already knowing each other. MCs are always challenged by new settings, faces they may never have met, situations they have never imagined might happen.
Therefore, if you can train the bravery of an MC, perform well the job of an MC, I am sure that you will also succeed as educators" - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son emphasized.
After preliminary and semi-final rounds, 15 best contestants from the Faculties of Primary Education; Chemistry; History; Arts; Literature; Chinese Language and Culture; Education Management; Educational Psychology; English; Mathematics – Informatics; Philosophy; Vietnamese Studies; Physics participated in the Final night.
The competitions are built with a theme towards the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Hanoi National University of Education, thereby arousing pride, love and attachment of students to the school.
At the same time, the contest also contributes to creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, promoting students to develop comprehensively in terms of knowledge, skills and personal bravery.
