On January 12, the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province issued a notice on the exam subjects, form and time for the entrance exam to 10th grade of high school in the 2026–2027 school year.
According to the announcement, the 10th grade entrance exam in Nghe An includes 3 compulsory subjects: Literature, Mathematics and Foreign Language. In which, Literature and Mathematics are tested in essay form, with a test time of 120 minutes/subject. Foreign Language (English or French) is tested in objective multiple-choice form, with a test time of 60 minutes.
The Nghe An Department of Education and Training requests the People's Committees of communes, wards and secondary schools, educational institutions with secondary school levels under management to organize announcements and fully disseminate the above content to students, parents and staff and teachers to be proactive in reviewing and preparing for the exam.
The entrance exam to 10th grade of high school in the 2026–2027 school year is implemented according to the Enrollment Regulations issued together with Circular No. 30/2024/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training.
